My ferret and I are currently homeless. On June 15th, we left our family home due to it being an unsafe environment. I’ve contacted friends and different agencies to see who can help, but so far, the emergency housing places I have contacted are unable to provide pet accommodation.
I’ve stayed at a motel these past two nights so far, but I don’t have any cash and I have maxed out my credit card, so I am desperately trying to keep me and him afloat with some quick cash gigs here and there like DoorDash, but it hasn’t been enough. Now, I’m trying to sell my car so that maybe me and him can have some money going for a little bit while we figure this out. Please help with whatever you can. I’m trying really hard to keep it together, but it’s been a bit difficult when I’m in a financial hole so deep I can’t even see the way out. Not to mention all the things that need to be paid for right now outside of housing and food.
