Hi. A lot of you know us, Karl and Debbie Pearce.
We are a married couple that has run into, unfortunately, someone who we didn’t see coming. Not going to try to play victim here. We just need a little boost to help us get going again.
On June 1, we rented and moved into our little dream cottage where we had hoped to live out our lives in peace. 11 days later, we found ourselves EVICTED. Something happened to the landlord. Not sure what. But he somehow saw us as some kind of threat and went into some kind of rage.
He started camping in a lot next to our house (legally, he owns it) but waged a war “to make our lives a living hell” (his words). Loud music, jet skis and quads running all the time, smoky fires in the fire pit, banging on a shed to disrupt our older dog (who had a seizure).
Anyway, we just need to get out and into a new home. We just want peace.
Needs are donations to move and get us back going again. As independent contractors and massage therapists, we are missing work and have zero means of support. Some gift cards to Target or Wegmans would be cool but up to you. Those of you that know us and have our contact info are welcome to contact us privately for more of the story or to talk about donating.
We rarely, if ever, ask for help, but we are at rock bottom and humbly would accept your help to get me, my wife, and our 4 pets out of this hotel room and into a home where we can live peacefully and happily.
We have our application in at a couple of suitable places. As you can imagine, someone with 4 fur babies is not easy!
