My name is Shirley Gonzalez. I would like to move to Utah to be close to my family. I have lived in Minnesota for seven years with Matthew Fiedler. He brought me to a facility and left me here, so I have been here for 1 year and 3 months. I got my hip fixed and got therapy for it. Now, I am ready to go home to Utah and be with my family. But I need help with financial assistance to do that. I am ready to go home. I would like to see my family and especially my grandchildren since I have lost one already.
