My name is Luis De Leon I’m a 45 year old, that was diagnosed with stage 3 gastric cancer . I got 1/3 of my stomach removed on November 18, 2024. I am currently under Chemotherapy and Radiation therapy treatment at Capital Health Hospital in Hopewell NJ.
I have 3 Children that I need to provide for. I was currently under NJ Temporary Disability but my funding was cut off
on June 12 . I tried to apply for Federal disability from the federal government but I don’t qualify because I need to be out of work for 12 months or more.
I have accrued a lot of hospital debt
and medical debt. I am falling behind on my personal bills. I am a man of faith that knows that what ever help I can get. God will bless you all.
