My world was turned upside down on when I made the heartbreaking discovery that my mother had passed away peacefully in her sleep. It was my worst fear. There are no words to describe the shock and sorrow our family is feeling.
My mom was our rock. She was and still is beautiful spirit who always put others first. She had a wonderful laugh and a heart bigger than anyone I know. To lose her so suddenly has left a void that can never be filled.
Unfortunately, she did not have any life insurance. My family and I are now facing the daunting task of covering her final expenses, including getting her ashes and holding a memorial service to celebrate her life.
