My son purchased a home cash with a surprise windfall. He’s paid for a new roof and this is what they did…. everything has cost so much that we’ve run out of money, and this place needs a lot of work. I’m fully disabled and only receive SSDI. I can’t afford to live anywhere else but this home since being removed from an assistance program back in May. I need a kitchen sink, kitchen cabinets, tile or linoleum floor… I’m not sure if the hot water heater works, AC unit looks new but isn’t working. I don’t have enough income to get approved for a home equity loan to complete renovations. Please help. Ihave absolutely nothing. Anything will help… if you can donate a sink.. do it.. thanks!
