On a quiet afternoon, a sudden water leak burst through our ceiling and soaked nearly every room. While we were scrambling to clean up, a strong gust sent a large tree limb crashing into our backyard shed—thankfully missing the house, but wrecking tools and storage. Between soaked carpets, ruined electronics, and a collapsed shed roof, we’re facing unexpected damage far beyond what insurance will cover.
