My sister and brother-in-law are in need of help. They are in need of many things, but the most important issues at hand are having air conditioning window units and a hot water heater. My brother-in-law is disabled. He is a miracle survivor from a heart attack he suffered on his job and the over one hundred mini-strokes that resulted. They are using box fans and taking cold showers. The weather is very hot in NC, and I came to visit them and had no idea they were in such a predicament. So I come on this platform to ask for help for them.
