My name is alvaro, i work for a property called mason at alameda station, im a groundskeeper, im trying to raise money for a tenant that use to be homeless until he received assistance in getting his apartment, his rent is paid for but every month the apartment charges the tenants around 175$ a month for trash and amenities etc, well unfortunately Richard the guy in the photo just received an eviction notice for not paying the monthly fees, he is behind almost 900$ and i would give him the money myself if i had it, he is the most amazing person ive ever met he is selfless and doesnt deserve to be kicked out, if you wanna know more about richard you can find him on youtube in a tommy G video of the Denver homeless crisis, anything helps, thank you for taking the time to read this God bless you.
