My friend and colleague Andreas Carranza just had his entire house burn down. He lost everything. He’s barefoot and doesn’t even have a pair of shoes. I also experienced a house that burnt to the ground, and you are left with NOTHING… no clothes and worst of all, photos and memorabilia you cannot ever replace. I’m not sure the cause of the blaze, but I know 12 firetrucks were there, so it was huge, and I understand the explosion blew the roof right off. Many of his animals were killed in the blaze.
