With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Joe Soriano III, known affectionately as “Little Joe” or Jose. He passed away on July 16, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at just 55 years old.
Joe was a kind and soft-spoken man—a proud U.S. Army Veteran who fought in the Desert Storm War, father, a loyal brother, and a friend to all. He served his country with honor, earning the National Defense Service Medal and multiple Sharpshooter Marksmanship Badges.
He is survived by his children: Guilliano, Angelo, Cruz, and Alexis Soriano, and his cherished grandson, Emmett Soriano.
Joe also shared a lifelong bond with Sherlyn Parham, the love of his life and mother of his sons Guilliano and Angelo. Though they never married, both always held a special place in each other’s hearts and often spoke of what might have been.
Joe spent his later years caring for his aging parents, staying close to childhood friends, and taking pride in his greatest accomplishments: his military service and his children. He loved football, land surveying, a good drink, and dancing whenever he got the chance.
Joe passed with dignity, as he lived—with courage and quiet strength. We want to give him the respectful, honorable goodbye he deserves, but we need your help to make that happen.
