It is with unimaginable sadness that we share the heartbreaking news of Appi’s passing. On June 13th, 2025, my brother Appi’s life was taken far too soon in a senseless act of violence — he was the innocent victim of a robbery gone wrong.
Appi was so much more than this tragedy. He was a devoted son, a loving husband, a proud father, and a loyal friend. Known for his kind heart and gentle spirit, Appi touched everyone who knew him. He had a passion for fixing bikes, often helping neighborhood kids repair theirs just to see their smiles. In his quiet moments, he loved building model airplanes — creating something beautiful with patience and care, just like he approached life.
Appi’s loss has left his family devastated. He leaves behind his wife Sanjida Akter, his son Bilal Kareem, his father Abdul Kareem, and his mother Jannatul Mawa, who are now facing not only their grief but also the unexpected financial burden of funeral expenses and the struggle of moving forward without him.
