My name is Tyler. I recently let someone move in with me originally for the time frame of Nov 2024 – December 2024, but they stayed till June.

From not paying on time or not giving what was promised, I’m now in the hole a couple thousand dollars and I’m struggling to bring it current.

I don’t want to get evicted because I have nowhere to go if I do. I have the funds to keep rent paid, but all the unpaid payments I don’t have enough to go back and pay off before court on the 24th.
