Last Thursday morning, I was driving home from my overnight shift at a local hotel when I fell asleep at the wheel and was involved in an accident. My 2010 Subaru Legacy was totaled after I hit a parked car. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but the loss of my car has left me in a difficult position. I rely on my vehicle not only to get to and from work but also to attend important doctor’s appointments.
Unfortunately, the insurance was in my father-in-law’s name, and he has decided not to help with the situation, leaving me responsible for replacing my car on my own. While I have a few friends who can help with rides for now, this is only a temporary solution. I am reaching out for support so I can purchase a reliable car and get back on my feet. Any help would mean a lot and will go directly toward securing transportation so I can continue working and taking care of my health.
