Pepper is a service dog. He can’t be aggressive, so he watched as his mother/owner was beaten, choked, and he was almost hit by cars passing by. It’s been a year and both need recovery, causing us to miss tax bills. We only have a few months to pay the tax bills and need help.
Pepper has saved lives, found water main breaks, and more. I could write a book, but we found out we are running out of time, unprepared because we were getting rehab. 2023, 24, 25 taxes are due. We used to set up a payment plan, but they won’t accept less than $5,000. Pepper needs your help!
