Hi, my name is Jon. I am a single father to a 9-year-old. I currently live with my mother, who is not well, and I have been taking care of her while also raising my son. I am going through some financial troubles due to losing my job when my mother was rushed to the hospital and had to be hospitalized due to an infection from when she had her gallbladder removed and was septic. I almost lost her. She was in the hospital for almost a month, and she is now home, still recovering.
In the mix of this, I am getting behind on the bills and I lost my driver’s license due to unpaid tickets from a few years ago. So, the reason for making this fundraiser is to help with getting my license back so I can take my son back and forth to school and take my mother to her doctors, etc. Any little bit will be appreciated.
