Hi, my name is Daniel Capp and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and a hopeful spirit.
Recently, my father suffered a major complication during heart surgery that resulted in permanent brain damage. His life — and mine — changed in an instant. He now requires long-term care and support, and I want more than anything to be there for him.
Right now, I’m living in Wisconsin and facing homelessness. I’m doing everything I can to stay afloat, but without help, I don’t have the means to fully move back home to Pennsylvania to be with my dad during this critical time.

Temporary housing and basic necessities while I get re-established in PA
Supporting my ability to be present with my father and help care for him
