With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Melvin “Lee Lee” Turner, age 62, who departed this life on July 28, 2025, at Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton, NJ after a brave and tireless two-year battle with cancer.

Lee Lee was more than a fighter—he was a man of remarkable strength, kindness, and warmth. Even in the face of pain, he never lost his signature smile or his compassionate spirit. He had a special way of making others feel seen, loved, and uplifted, no matter what he was going through.

Melvin is now reunited with his beloved daughter, Jazmine Turner, who also passed away after battling cancer. Their bond was unbreakable in life, and now they rest together in peace.

Lee Lee leaves behind four children, who were his pride and joy. His legacy of love, resilience, and compassion lives on through them and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

We are humbly asking for your support to help cover the cost of burial services, with a goal of $8,000. Any donation, no matter the amount, will help us give Lee Lee the peaceful, dignified farewell he deserves.
