Our hearts are shattered as we share the devastating news about our beloved mother, a true hero and the heart of our family. In less than a month, she’s been in the ER twice, each visit bringing more dire news.
On May 2025, our world was shaken when our was diagnosed with Leukemia. Dr said test results shown Leukemia since the year of 2024. Drs didn’t notify mom. On June 5th 2025 my mothers sugar levels dropped to 60s. Once my mother couldn’t respond we contacted 911. ER Dr confirmed Leukemia and stated mom’s potassium is low which found out moms kidneys are failing.
July 3, 2025, had another ER visit. Mom felt chest pain w/high HR, strong body aches, oxygen levels lowered. ER Dr. found high amounts of protein, blood sugar, and blood in test urinalysis Dr tried more tests confirming the severity of her condition.
July 7th,2025, our mother seen her Reg Dr. Our mom had difficult time hearing news. Dr denied referral due to age and and told mom to wait until gets worse. While ER charts show abnormalities.
Were waiting for another Dr appointment July 15th, 2025 seeing new Dr for 2nd opinion. On August 1st, 2025 we’re finally going to see our moms oncologist and Hemo specialist. Family has been extremely worried as to it has taken this long. We are worried about the results and symptoms going worse
Her Greatest Fear: Leaving Us Behind
Our mother’s biggest fear isn’t her own pain, but the thought of leaving us, her three children, with financial burdens and without her support right by our side. She’s terrified of not being able to see our dreams and goals accomplished, a worry that is crushing our family, making it incredibly difficult to cope with the financial strain and the daunting question of who will help raise us like mom?

Our biggest dreams are to make it to college and graduate with the degrees we’ve always wanted: Max hopes to be an IT Engineer, Noor dreams of becoming a Lawyer, and little Marina wants to be a Stomach Doctor. Our mom’s greatest joy is seeing us strive for these goals, and we desperately want her here to celebrate every milestone with us.
Our Hope: A Pain-Free Future for Our Hero Our goal for our incredible mother is simple: We want our mom pain-free, able to eat again, to regain strength, to play with us more, Marina could ask for uppies again, without mom feeling pain. Mom is will need to sleep better again, to finish all her doctor’s appointments, treatments, and to walk around comfortably and energized, to walk without assistance. We long for her to get back to being healthy, to see us grow up, to pass down our kids to her, to watch her grandchildren grow, and to meet her great-grandchildren.
Our mother is the ultimate fighter, but this battle against leukemia and kidney failure is more than anyone should face alone.
The financial burden is quickly becoming insurmountable.

Our mother has dedicated her entire life to caring for others. She began helping her great-grandma more, since the age of 8years old. Our mom began providing more time with great grandma for the next 7 years. After great-grandma Maria passing in 2013. Our mom continued to pursue her passion, she inherited and accomplished numerous medical licenses over the next span of 15 years as well as caring for her great-aunt J
Our Mom’s expertise has opened numerous doors, allowing her to provide continuous care at private at home services, senior-living-facilities and help those in critical need, palliative, especially patients struggling with Alzheimer’s and dementia who often have the hardest time, not beingable to recieve consistent on going care. Our amazing mother has brought joy, happiness, confidence, and safety to countless lives. She has truly saved and provided support to so many in need. She is a true hero, a beautiful soul, many who knew her affectionately called her Florence Nightingale.
