Hello, I am the older brother of Shannon Solomon and uncle of Haylen Solomon. Tragically, these two were found in a motel and died due to not getting welfare checks because of the HEAL program that was based out of Charlotte, NC. Apparently, they were in there for a month without anyone checking on them. This has been heartbreaking to us.

We want to know why the city hasn’t looked into this. Shannon was 36 and Haylen was 1. The tragic losses of these two due to nobody doing welfare checks in this program is egregious. Please help us lay to rest two gargantuan souls who were taken away too soon from us.
